How esimusdt.com handles your information, payments, support, cookies and eSIM delivery.
Effective 1 November 2026
Information we collect
We collect what we need to sell and deliver travel eSIMs: the plan you choose, payment status and on-chain payment details, your order and its eSIMs, basic device and browser information, and any support messages you send.
An email address is optional. If you give one, we use it to send your eSIM and order updates. If you do not, your order code is how you open your order again, and we keep only a one-way fingerprint of that code, never the code itself.
We do not ask for travel or identity documents to browse plans or buy a standard eSIM, unless a law, a network partner, a phone-number plan's carrier, payment review, fraud prevention or sanctions screening requires them.
How we use it
We use your information to process payments, deliver eSIM installation details, add data when you top up, prevent abuse, give support, handle failed orders and refunds, and keep the site reliable.
Order emails are for delivery and service updates about your purchase.
Payments
esimusdt.com takes crypto only. Payments are sent to a wallet address we show for your order, and we never ask for or store private keys or seed phrases.
Payment records include the asset, network, amount, transaction identifiers, confirmation status and timestamps, so a payment can be matched to its eSIM. Public blockchains are visible to anyone; we do not control what they record.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep checkout, sign-in, top-ups and security working. Any optional cookies follow the choices you make.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with the providers that run the service: hosting, payment monitoring, email, support, fraud prevention, analytics and the network partners that issue eSIMs and phone numbers.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling customer lists.
Retention and your rights
We keep order, payment and support records for as long as we need them for service, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance and disputes.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to [email protected], subject to legal and operational limits.
