Terms of Service
The terms for buying and using esimusdt.com travel eSIM plans, paid in crypto.
Effective 6 November 2026
Service
esimusdt.com sells prepaid travel eSIM plans for compatible, unlocked devices. A plan provides mobile data in the destinations listed on its page.
A plan includes calls, SMS or a phone number only when its page says so. Such a number belongs to the eSIM, not to you. It stays the same if you top up before the plan ends or within 90 days after it ends; after 90 days without an active plan it is released. Plans do not include emergency calling service unless a plan's page says otherwise.
Device compatibility
You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is unlocked and can use mobile data in your destination before you buy.
Coverage, speed and availability depend on local partner networks, your device, local rules and temporary outages.
Orders and delivery
Once your payment is confirmed on-chain, your eSIM's installation details appear on your order page, and are emailed to you if you gave an email address.
Keep your order code safe: it opens your order from any device, and we cannot recover it. Never share it, not even with support.
Payments
Prices are shown in USDT before you pay. Send the exact amount of the requested asset, on the network shown, before the payment request expires.
A payment sent on another network, in another asset, for the wrong amount or after expiry may not be matched automatically and can be lost. Contact support with the transaction id if a payment does not show.
Top-ups
Where a plan allows it, you can add data to an eSIM bought here from your order page, or with the eSIM's ICCID on the Top up page. A top-up adds data to that eSIM only and follows the same payment rules.
Refunds
Refunds may be available when an eSIM cannot be delivered, or cannot work because of a verified technical issue, after support has had a reasonable chance to help.
Refunds are not normally available for incompatible or locked devices, the wrong destination, expired plans or data already used.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful personal connectivity while you travel. Do not abuse networks, resell plans without permission, interfere with the service or use the site for fraud.
We may limit, suspend or refuse service when we detect misuse, fraud, a failed payment or legal risk.
Sanctions and export controls
You confirm that (a) you are not, and are not owned or controlled by or acting for, a person named on a sanctions or restricted-party list kept by the United States (including the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List of the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control), the United Nations, the European Union or the United Kingdom (a “Sanctioned Person”); and (b) you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, which currently include Cuba, Iran, North Korea and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic and so-called Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine (a “Sanctioned Territory”).
You may not buy, use, resell, give away or transfer any eSIM, plan, top-up or account balance for the benefit of a Sanctioned Person, for use in a Sanctioned Territory, or otherwise in breach of sanctions or export-control laws that apply to you or to us.
We may check orders, accounts, payment details and crypto wallet addresses against sanctions lists, and may ask you for information to complete that check. We may refuse, cancel, hold or suspend any order, account, eSIM or payment, without liability, where we reasonably believe this is required by sanctions law or that the transaction involves a Sanctioned Person or a Sanctioned Territory.
Where the law requires us to block or reject a payment, we will deal with it as the law requires. This may mean the payment cannot be returned to you, and we may report it to the relevant authorities.
